Yushi Yoshida

Senior Consultant

As a Planner, Yushi Yoshida has been engaged in urban & regional planning projects for 19 years. His experiences in overseas projects in South Korea, China, Viet Nam and Malaysia and studies in USA, as well as his global state of mind add extra asset to pursue higher achievements in projects with variety of aspects and solutions.
The scope of projects he has dealt with varies from master plan of 100s-1,000s hectares to strategic plan of 10s hectares. Additionally, his study approach towards projects varies from concept making to feasibility study from the viewpoints of both spatial and business planning.
He is currently working on mixed-use and smart community development project in Yangon, Myanmar, in which he is organizing a conceptual master plan and feasibility study of redevelopment area.
