Urban Development around Regional Transport Node

Summary

NSRI created a development plan for the area around rapid railway station of Shenyang South Station, the new gateway to Shenyang. The design incorporates “eco-corridors” of greenery and water as an urban axis while also reducing environmental load, and encompasses a multilayered complex of above- and below-ground spaces that integrate with transportation node, commercial and business, and accommodation functions.
