Takatsuki City, Osaka

Basic design for energy-saving repairs at Takatsuki City Hall, other

Summary

Project description
As part of the Ministry of the Environment's carbon management enhancement program by local authorities , we conducted detailed studies and an energy-saving diagnostic audit on the current status and actual measurements in the main city hall building and general center to set out repair policies for energy savings. We also investigated the feasibility of ESCO businesses and effective ordering methods. Together with this, we examined how to improve operations through BEMS and the introduction of regional energy management systems through the visualization of energy use.
Technical features
● Narrowed down target equipment for energy-saving repairs and set target values according to the time of repair, based on an understanding of the current state of equipment and facilities and sorting through issues
● Conducted studies on the deteriorating condition of equipment and facilities and carried out detailed surveys and measurements on their usage status to increase returns on investment by optimizing heat source capacity (reduced capacity) and optimizing energy configurations
