Renovation of parks and public spaces

Values and lifestyles are changing drastically as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Public spaces (especially parks) have become the focus of attention in this “new normal”. In addition to the conventional effects of park stock, such as disaster management and environmental protection, public spaces are also expected to be spaces of synergy through the introduction of various functions, such as health, sports, recreation, community building, child-rearing, education, and work, which are of intense interest to women and men of all ages, and the creation of new business opportunities for the private sector through the use of Park-PFI systems.

NSRI provides consulting services for the development of concept plans and support for public offerings. We also present proposals on the renovation of public spaces with an eye not only on individual parks but on the ripple effect of urban development in surrounding areas, including the creation of project schemes using marketing techniques, people-flow analysis, cash flow forecasting, monitoring support during operation, and park management in order to achieve the aforementioned effects.
