TEDA MSD H2 Low Carbon Building in Tianjin, China is certified for the first international CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency) certified building by the institute for Building Environment and Energy Conservation (IBEC) as of March 18th, 2014. Dr. Kondo, Senior Consultant evaluated its environmental building performance.
