Project description
This project conducted studies to develop a scheme for private sector establishment and operation of a place that can gather citizens and generate vibrancy in Senri Minami Park located in Senri New Town. Giving due consideration to the characteristic features of the park as well as citizen needs, we conducted an analysis from various quantitative and qualitative perspectives and presented a concept for the café that would be perfect for the park.
Technical features
In addition to providing conventional town development consulting services, various kinds of business management analyses were conducted, such as SWOT, 3C (Customer, Competitor, Company), and 4P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) analyses, which were then utilized to propose a concrete business scheme for the café business.
